What Happens When You Quit? At first, it’s tough. Your body craves nicotine, and you might feel irritated, anxious, or restless. But here’s the thing—it gets better. Every day you go without vaping, your body heals, your lungs get stronger, and your mind gets clearer. And the best part? You start taking back control. 

How to Get Through It:
  • Find Your Why – What’s your reason for quitting? Maybe you want to feel healthier, save money, or prove to yourself that you can do hard things.
  • Lean on Support – Talk to friends, family, or a trusted adult. You don’t have to do this alone.
  • Replace the Habit – When cravings hit, distract yourself. Try chewing gum, going for a walk, or picking up a new hobby.
  • Use Resources – There are tons of free tools to help. Text ‘DITCHVAPE’ to 88709 for support from real people who get it.
  • Be Kind to Yourself – If you slip up, don’t give up. Progress isn’t about being perfect—it’s about not quitting on yourself.
